...e my thoughts with others who may be considering employment with this company. Initially, I was promised 10 days of training with a salary for those days. However, after only two days of training, I was asked to sign an agreement stating that I would only receive my salary after 50 days of work. To make matters worse, when my salary finally arrived, I discovered that the company had deducted 10 days' worth of pay. This was a severe disappointment and an unprofessional way to handle employee compensation. At first, I was told that there were no specific targets or quotas to be met. However, after some time, I was asked to generate as many leads as possible and close as many deals as I could. It became evident that the company's expectations were not in line with what was initially presented to me, and it felt like a bait-and-switch tactic. Moreover, the working culture at Lavya Associates was not what I expected. The team leaders acted more like bosses, and there was no clear communication or guidance from them. They seemed to target fresh graduates like myself by presenting themselves as offering opportunities for growth and development, but in reality, it was mentally taxing and demanding work. Overall, I do not recommend working at Lavya Associates HR Services. If you want to experience what it's like to work in a stressful and unprofessional environment, then this might be the company for you. However, if you value transparency, fair compensation, and a supportive work culture, I suggest looking elsewhere for employment opportunities.

...room again and again. O god come on we are not labourers who you have bought .. 15k salary and all these tantrums sorry folks suit nai krta tumhe dont do that. And also seniors are kinda frustrating and full office is judgemental and partial for juniors or new joinees.. Too much suffocation in this office total diplomacy. Irony is they want to increase the team size to 200 by this September but i believe the current 160 are gonna resign soon😂😂😂😂😂.. People who are in desparate need of job can join this non-sense organisation otherwise ZERO Recommendations from my side. Also almost ppl frm my batch has left this job immediately after Training.

THEIR MANAGERS ARE MANIPULATING THEIR MD. BECAUSE OF THEM ONLY EMPLOYEES ARE NOT SATISFIED IN THIS COMPANY. IF MD WANTS TO MAINTAIN WORKING CULTURE GOOD HE HAS TO HIRE A GOOD SECRETARY FOR HIM AND ALL COMMUNICATION THROUGH HER ONLY WITH MD. SO THAT NEW JOININGS CAN TELL THIER PROBLEMS DIRECTLY WITHOUT MANIPULATION.

Management is not aware about mismanagement and communication gap within the organisation. Suffocating working culture. Nowdays working culture matters to the employees . Management need to think about it because i dnt think lavya is a dream consultant for any job applicant.
