Because of Amaram Sanath Reddy (manager for digital marketing team) whole kastech office is getting disturbed.
I don't know why management is not taking any action on Amaram Sanath Reddy.
He is unfit to be a manager. By looking at his behaviour in the office one will understand. I don't know what hr and management are doing. May be he is a relative for the management.
Amaram Sanath Reddy might be a fake employee for sure. He is not having genuine experience. Kastech should do background verification of Sanath Reddy.
He is not having LinkedIn profile. Being in manager position,Why is he not having LinkedIn? I have listened his relative one person saying in the office premises,he is a fake experience candidate.He did marketing jobs and he kept fake experience and joined in IT sector.
I have seen in the office Sanath Reddy is torturing his teammates like uneducated.
