Job Description:

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced US Operations Head to lead and oversee our operations in the United States. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, Payroll, Immigration, and Contracts management, along with demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of operations in the United States, including but not limited to HR, Payroll, Immigration, and Contracts.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to drive efficiency, productivity, and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Lead and mentor a team of professionals to ensure high performance and professional development.
• Manage the companys HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws.
• Oversee payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Manage immigration processes for employees, including visa applications, work permits, and compliance with immigration laws.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders, ensuring favourable terms and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments to drive cross-functional initiatives and achieve business objectives.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting operations in the United States.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
• years of experience in operations management, with a focus on HR, Payroll, Immigration, and Contracts.
• Strong knowledge of US employment laws, immigration regulations, and contract management principles.
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
