Workday Peakon Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workday Peakon Employee Voice Consultant to join our team. This role focuses on helping organizations unlock the potential of employee feedback using the Peakon platform. The ideal candidate will have expertise in configuring, optimizing, and supporting Workday Peakon solutions, ensuring they align with business needs to drive engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and configuration of Workday Peakon Employee Voice solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Provide technical and strategic guidance for leveraging employee feedback to inform business decisions.
• Configure and optimize dashboards, reports, and insights to support HR and leadership teams.
• Train HR teams and end-users on Workday Peakon functionalities and best practices.
• Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to ensure seamless delivery and adoption.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Workday Peakon updates and enhancements, providing recommendations for new functionalities.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience with Workday Peakon Employee Voice, including implementation or optimization.
• Strong understanding of employee engagement metrics and analytics.
• Workday certifications in Peakon Employee Voice or related modules are highly preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in project management or consulting is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional Workday certifications (e. g. , HCM, Advanced Compensation, Reporting).
• Experience working in large enterprise environments or with multiple client organizations.
• Familiarity with survey methodologies and feedback interpretation.
