Collaborate with Workday functional , IT and relevant stakeholders , t o gather analyse business, i ntegration and data flow requirements, aligned to Workday HCM and respective 3 rd party solutions.
Design and develop custom integrations between Workday and external systems using Workday Studio, Workday Cloud Connect, EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder), and other integration tools.
Provide ongoing day-to-day system support and maintenance, by assessing and troubleshoot ing Integration issues , ensuring data accuracy and integrity , and compliance with the IT Security protocols .
Lead the implementation of new Workday Integrations , including ; desi gn , development , unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing to validate the functionality and performance of integrations .
Take ownership of developing and maintaining appropriate docu mentation including technical specifications, mapping documents, and test plans , for future reference and audits.
Conduct solution enablement and training sessions , for relevant stakeholders in driving Workday Adoption across the organization .
Stay updated on the latest Workday releases , features, and functionalities, and assess their impact on relevant solutions.
Partner with process owners and stakeholders in identifying , deploying and driving adoption of latest Workday capabilities through a defined service improvement framework .

Qualifications:
3+ years of experience working as a Workday Technical Consultant or in a similar role.
Working knowledge of overall Workday solution, with In-depth knowledge of Workday integration technologies, including Workday Studio, Workday Cloud Connect, EIBs, PECI, PICOF and Web Services.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with understanding of HRIS and ERP systems, and experience of integrating Workday HCM with various third-party applications such as payroll systems, benefits providers, and recruiting platforms.
Proficiency in XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST, and other integration protocols and languages.
Experience with Workday Core Connector development and maintenance is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with team and stakeholders at all levels and across geographies and cultures.

Workday certification(s) in Integration Fundamentals or equivalent is preferred, but not mandatory.
