Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Bench Sales Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT staffing industry and the ability to work with both internal consultants and external clients to secure job placements. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills to ensure that consultants on the bench are quickly matched with job opportunities.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter or in IT staffing and recruitment.
• Familiarity with technologies such as Java, . NET, SAP, Oracle, etc.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with job portals like LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, etc.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Negotiation and closing skills.
• Understanding of recruitment processes, VMS (Vendor Management Systems), and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
• Knowledge of US staffing industry and immigration processes (H1B, Green Card, etc. ) is a plus.
