We are currently seeking an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of proven experience in bench sales recruitment within the IT industry.

Responsibilities:

• Bench Sales and Full-life Cycle Recruiting skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Experience working with Tier 1 vendors and implementing partners is essential.
• Need to have proficiency in marketing H1B and H1B Transfer candidates.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets or goals
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with both candidates and clients.
