Job Summary
We are looking for a Client Onboarding Representative with strong English communication skills to ensure successful onboarding of new clients to the RAVES platform. This role involves guiding clients through setup, conducting product demos, to maximize platform value.

Key Responsibilities
Lead client onboarding, and deliver product demos during the sales handover. Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients, customize the platform to their needs, and create onboarding documentation. Track metrics like customer satisfaction and collaborate with product teams to share feedback and improve the platform.

Skills & Qualifications

• 2-4 years experience in customer success, onboarding, or technical support, ideally in SaaS or Workforce Management Software.
• Familiarity with Workforce Management Systems (WMS), HR tech, payroll, or related software.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Passion for customer service and proactive issue resolution.
• Experience creating and delivering tailored training sessions.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with WMS, HRMS, or companies like Ceipal or Oorwin.
• Knowledge of workforce management practices such as timesheets, labor compliance, and pay cycle management.
