Customer Onboarding Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients to schedule onboarding calls and ensure seamless integration into our platform.
  
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client queries via email, phone, or chat.
  
• Assist new customers in setting up their accounts, resolving initial issues, and familiarizing them with our features and services.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing) to develop effective strategies for welcoming new customers.
  
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM software.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in client onboarding or a related field (customer support/service).
  
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with diverse clients over various channels (email/phone/chat).
  
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills for resolving technical issues related to software setup.
