Customer Success Intern

Role & responsibilities

• Assisting with onboarding new customers, ensuring they understand the product/service and its value.
• Creating and delivering training materials, such as tutorials, FAQs, and webinars.
• Helping customers set up their accounts and configure the product to meet their needs.
• Proactively reaching out to customers to check in on their progress and address any concerns.
• Acting as a point of contact for customer inquiries and requests.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good enough problem-solving and basic mathematical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Customer-centric mindset
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools like CRM & google workspace
