Job Description

GSK Solutions INC is looking for an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in working with H1 Transfer's, Prime Vendors, marketing OPT Profiles, and managing a solid vendor network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Bench Consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and USC) to Prime Vendors and direct clients.
• Build and maintain a strong vendor network for client requirements.
• Manage the complete lifecycle of marketing consultants, from resume editing to client submissions.
• Ensure timely placement of consultants by leveraging established vendor relationships.
• Develop and maintain a database of clients, vendors, and consultants.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance marketing strategies and reach.

Mandatory Experience:

• Hands-on experience with, H1 Transfer's, Prime Vendors and OPT Profiles Marketing.
• Proven ability to manage and grow a vendor list effectively.
• Strong marketing expertise in the US staffing industry.
