Job DescriptionGSK Solutions INC is seeking passionate and experienced US IT Recruiters to join our team in Hyderabad. If you have expertise in working with State Clients and VMS Portals, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and recruit candidates for US-based State Client requirements.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, resume screening, candidate coordination, and follow-ups.
• Leverage VMS Portals to manage requisitions and candidate submissions.
• Build relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
• Maintain recruitment data, pipelines, and activity reports accurately.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience in working with State Clients.
• Hands-on expertise with VMS Portals.

Good to Have Skills:

• Experience with VMS Portals such as Dotstaffing, Covendis, and Vector VMS.
• Exposure to recruiting for Federal Clients is an added advantage.
