#Vlink is seeking a US IT Recruiter/SR Recruiter for their Gurgaon location.

📍 Location: Gurgaon
💰 Compensation: Market-based
⏰ Employment Type: Full-time Hybrid
🌙 Shift & working hours: Night Shift (7:30 PM 4:30 AM)
Notice period - 15 days max

Key Responsibilities:
- Full Life Cycle Recruiting experience with State Clients.
- Handling W2, U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, H1B candidates
- Proficient in various recruiting techniques
- Successful track record in U.S. Staffing sales
- Expertise in screening IT professionals for competency in specialized areas
- Strong negotiation skills at all technical levels

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in IT preferred
- 2+ Years in US IT Recruitment
- Hands-on experience with Implementation Partners
- Comfortable with EST shift timings
- Excellent communication skills and English proficiency
