Job Title: US IT Recruiter
Location: Bhopal/Indore

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled US IT Recruiter to source, screen, and recruit IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions across various technology domains. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, knowledge of US employment laws, and expertise in working with clients and candidates in the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

1. End-to-End Recruitment:
• Source, screen, and evaluate IT professionals for various roles.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and technical skills.
• Present shortlisted candidates to clients and coordinate interviews.
2. Sourcing Candidates:
• Leverage multiple sourcing channels, including job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, TechFetch), LinkedIn, and internal databases.
• Use Boolean search strings to locate passive candidates.
• Network with industry professionals to build a robust talent pipeline.
3. Understanding Client Needs:
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and project details.
• Develop a strong understanding of client needs and deliverables.
4. Compliance with US Hiring Practices:
• Familiarity with US tax terms like W2, 1099, and Corp-to-Corp.
• Understand visa classifications such as USC, GC, H1B, GC EAD, and H4 EAD.
5. Candidate Engagement:
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing timely updates.
• Negotiate salaries and rates with candidates and clients.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for successful candidates.
6. Market Research & Database Management:
• Stay updated on market trends and emerging technologies.
• Maintain a database of candidates and track recruitment activities using ATS tools like Bullhorn, JobDiva, Ceipal, etc.
7. Performance Metrics:
• Achieve recruitment KPIs such as submission-to-hire ratios, time-to-fill, and offer acceptance rates.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of US IT roles, technical skills, and industry domains.
• Expertise in US hiring processes and legal frameworks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in using ATS platforms and job boards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of experience in US IT recruitment.
• Familiarity with MSP/VMS models.
• Certifications in recruitment or HR practices are a plus.
