• Position Title: Sr. Data Engineer
• Job Location: Bengaluru
• Experience: 7+ Years of Relevant Exp.
• Primary Skill: Databricks ecosystem, Apache Spark, Kafka, Cloud Native technologies, and Data Lakes.

Role Overview:

As a Data Engineer in our IT team, you will tackle diverse big data challenges using the Databricks platform. Your role will involve leading data engineering and cloud technology projects, integrating with client systems, providing training, and delivering technical solutions to help businesses derive maximum value from their data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead impactful Big Data projects, including the development of reference architectures, best practices, and production-grade MVPs.
• Design, build, and deploy cutting-edge Big Data and AI applications, focusing on transformational projects and third-party migrations.
• Architect and implement strategic data solutions that align with industry standards and client goals.
• Develop robust data pipelines and workflows using Databricks and other Big Data platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical insights, documentation, and whiteboard-level solution designs.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience with Big Data technologies, such as Apache Zpark, Kafka, Cloud Native technologies, and Data Lakes.
• 4+ years of experience designing and implementing Big Data Architectures independently.
• Hands-on expertise with Databricks or similar platforms is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Scala.
• Experience working across cloud platforms, including GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Strong skills in documentation, whiteboarding, and solution articulation.
• Ability to deliver end-to-end Databricks-based solutions that address client needs.
