Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 monthly CTC
Job Details:
SPIN Analytics is purely a start-up and If you do not have prior experience working with startups before, we do not recommend to apply as we may be not a mutual fit.
This position is not to be confused with Bench Sales, OPT Recruiter though that experience is good to have.
Responsibilities & Routine:
Responsible for A. handling IT requirements from US-based clients/Prime Vendors B. Accountability to increase/build bench size of company
70% Bench building-30% candidates for Requirement sourcing will be the work routine
Should be able to get H1-B Transfer/Project Transfer resources
Co-ordinate with Bench sales representative in delivering marketable candidates
Evaluate, Qualify or reject candidates based on pre-set eligible checklist
Hands-on experience with W2 & Full time candidates placements is a must
Comfortable experience in Recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, EADs, H1B (transfers), TN
Should be able to get H1-B Transfer/Project Transfer resources from different sources
Evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and experience to ensure meeting the need
Update and maintain candidate, client information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or CRM software (Ceipal)
Provide regular reports, daily updates on activities and productivity metrics to management
Knowledge of immigration, visa processes is desired though not mandatory
Daily task on job boards, social media platforms, and other sourcing channels in scouting, sourcing candidates
Responsible for editing, formatting resumes matching consistency, giving visual, technical perfection for presenting it to clients
Build and maintain a robust network of potential candidates through various channels
Posting jobs in different mediums
Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails
Attend daily stand up meetings
Must Requirements:
Experience in U.S. IT Staffing industry
Must have worked at least 3.5 plus years only as a W2/Fulltime/Con-Hire requirements
Specifically experienced in sourcing/Placing W2 employee recruitment (If this is not your core skill, kindly do not apply)
Employee must be local to Vishakhapatnam who can work on-site at office
