Job Title: IT Recruiter-US

Location: Gurgaon

Job Type: Fulltime

Shift: 1830 to 0330 hours IST

Years of Experience: 3 to 5 years

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a US IT Recruiter or in a similar role (2+ years preferred).
• Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa types (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT,

etc.).

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using job boards and ATS platforms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and terminologies (e.g., Java, .NET, AWS, DevOps, etc.).
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is

preferred.
