Title: D365 ERP QA Consultant

Location: 100% remote but need in Hyd/NCR

Shift: 6:30 pm to 3:30 am IST

Job Type: Full-time

REQUIRED:

Technical Skills:

• Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations modules
• Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., Azure Test Plans, JIRA)
• Experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Leapwork, Selenium)

Testing Methodology:

• Ability to design comprehensive test cases based on functional requirements
• Expertise in different testing types (e.g., regression, integration, user acceptance)
• Experience supporting Integration testing on D365 ERP and third-party systems
• Knowledge of End-2-End Testing within ERP Implementation in Retail space
• Understanding of test case prioritization and defect management

Business Process:

• Knowledge of core business processes within Finance and Operations in Retail (e.g., GL, AR, Inventory Management)
• Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into test scenarios

Communication and Collaboration:

• Clear and concise communication of test results and defects to developers and stakeholders
• Effective collaboration with project teams including business analysts, developers, and end users

Analytical Skills:

• Ability to analyze test results, identify root causes of issues, and troubleshoot problems
• Strong critical thinking to evaluate potential risks and impacts of system changes

Other Important Skills:

• Senior QA Resource with minimum 9 yrs overall QA Expertise
• Attention to detail to ensure thorough testing and accurate defect reporting
• Time management to meet testing deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
• Adaptability to keep up with evolving system functionalities and new testing methodologies

NICE TO HAVE

• MS Certification in D365 F&O Modules
