Role & responsibilities

Job Description :

• Interaction with US candidates via telephone, understanding profile, making them understand job role, taking preliminary interview, and confirmation for forwarding their resume.
• Identifying specialized & potential candidates through Job Portals, References, Job Postings and Head Hunting.
• Identifying candidates on the basis of technical requirements, scheduling interviews and verifying candidates credentials & career expectations.
• Experience in using job portals Dice, Monster etc
• Experience in different VISAs and tax terms
• Experience in closing positions for contract staffing and permanent hire
• Good exposure to different processes and IT hiring needs
