Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I recently had a highly disappointing experience with Provana's HR department. After being invited for an interview, I traveled approximately 300 km specifically for this opportunity. Upon arrival, I was shocked to learn that my profile had not been shortlisted.The HR team displayed a complete lack of courtesy by failing to inform me beforehand about this change. To make matters worse, they did not provide any reason for the sudden decision to cancel my interview. This level of unprofessionalism and disorganization is unacceptable.Prospective candidates deserve better treatment and clear communication. Based on this experience, I would not recommend considering Provana for employment unless significant improvements are made in their hiring process and candidate communication.
