More than 80% Recruitment will happen on the basis of employees references,if someone close to Branch manager or Branch sales manager or Cluster head or any one of seniors in the organizations,he will get jobs on immidiate basis, so HR will not take interviews of them, HR will send appointment letter only mine also happen like this only, i have not given interview to HR,

Our respected Regional sales manager taken interview of me,

He asked some basic questions like,

1) tell me something about yourself?

2) what you did in your previous organization?

3) how much Life insurance you will do if i give chance to this organization?( this is the main questions askes each and every organisation)

4) how do you plan for the month?

5) can you give DD to the customers without accounts?
