Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Don't get tensed by seeing the environment and the people, if you are a fresher. Be prepared. You can just stand in front of the mirror and speak, see your performance yourself.Self criticise. Have knowledge about the company. Have all the soft and hard copies of the supporting documents with you. Be punctual. Maintain an eye contact with the interviewer. Your resume should be neat and clean. Speak only what is there in your resume. Also to note you should be formal. A strict no for casual dresses. If you are a boy be clean shaved and have a good hair style. If you are a girl avoid over make up go as you are. This will boost your confidence.Speak only truth, lies will not help. Always remember if you fail once there is always a next success waiting for you. Don't give up. Be confident. All the best.
