Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Overall, my experience with the HR and Recruiter Team at Concentrix was extremely disappointing.
It began when one of the HR representatives called me to schedule and interview. Throughout the process, they repeatedly asked about salary negotiation, which I duly engaged in. After completing four rounds of interviews, I received confirmations via WhatsApp, which I found unprofessional. Despite this, I was assured to prepare for onboarding and an offer letter.

Relying on this confirmation, I made the significant decision to reject another offer. Unfortunately, this trust proved misplaced. Despite numerous inquiries, I received vague responses, with excuses like the client being unavailable due to travel, leading to delays of 8-10 days. Even after persistent attempts to contact the HR person, calls went unanswered and messages were ignored.

2 days later, upon reaching out to another recruitment person, I was informed that the position was unexpectedly put on hold, a shockingly unprofessional turn of events. Furthermore, there was a complete lack of communication or attempt to rectify the situation, with the company seemingly avoiding contact altogether.

Such unprofessional behavior is unexpected for a company of Concentrix's stature. Despite realizing that sharing this feedback may permanently close doors for me, I feel compelled to highlight these issues to prevent other candidates from facing similar disappointment.
