Topics to prepare for TCS Talent Acquisition Executive interview:
  • current updates
  • about the company
  • about the job
Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Firstly, the biggest advice or suggestion for the interviews that we give, is to stay calm and confident. We need to keep in mind that staying impatient or nervous won't help us in anyway, and would rather ruin our interview.
Secondly, be yourself. Many of us try to synchronize with the words of the interviewer and later on we regret because we might not be able to cope up with the expectations we showed them. So, it'll be better be honest and straight forward, keeping a positive and a happy attitude.
Thirdly, we need to keep in mind that we're ready to adapt with the skills and trainings that we will be given. We should also know and keep in mind our skills and strengths, and try showcasing them to the interviewers so that, it shows them why we stand out differently from all other candidates.
Lastly, be practical and try understanding what they wish to see from you. Be calm and confident while answering the questions, and yes, be very genuine to ask questions if you want to, because, if not this, you might get to learn something from this interview at least. So, be adaptive and open to answer and question about the things you've been asked and you wish to ask.

And don't forget, you're smart and good enough, that's why you're at this stage of life where you are. Be happy, positive and confident and this would really help you. Because, every chance you get is the second last chance and not the last.
ALL THE BEST!
