TP need's to take a feed back on managers and leads and keep eye on support staff as well. sometimes even support stafs lie and get agents out of system. without couching or understanding none should be removed from TP. and should give the score card and promotions equally

→No matter how hard you work, how presentable and skillful you are, people will be promoted based on their contacts with the higher management. Favoritism is a norm. →The upper management would never know how well you worked because it all depends upon your line manager/team leader. If they won't give a good word, your work would be ignored. →HR is useless most of the time. I have never heard of HR taking any action if any manager is being unethical. The bottom level employee is deemed responsible for everything. If anyone would ever complain to HR about something, he/she would be highlighted in the management. →If you ever have to go to office for system replacement, be ready to wait 8-12 hrs to get it done →As it's work from home, you are expected to extend shifts due to meetings or feedback sessions. The higher you work, the more it applies. →Sometimes the work is scheduled for you in such a way that you have to work 7+ days in a row. Rarely but surely you also have to work for the next day with a gap of 12 hours or less when they mess up your work schedule. Workforce management is actually workforce mismanagement.

Dislikes

After all the good things, there's is draw back. As on agent level you have lot of opportunities to earn extra cash through bonus and incentives in the beginning but as you grow in tenure or move up a ladder, I got bit d-satisfied, as yearly increament feels low and on SME level incentives and bonanza are comparetivly difficult.

...oining. A person from HR called to inform that I had to join that day itself. 2. The salary structure is very poor. 3. I was promoted as an SME however they kept the same grade in my offer letter. 4. I submitted my resignation on January 1,2020. They made such a long procedure to complete the formalities. They are supposed to provide me the FNF within 60-90 days. However they are themselves confused about my Grade and asking me to send payslip and promotion letter. Whereas the company should have all the necessary documents available. When I'm struggling to start my career in a new company and juggling with so many things Teleperformance is causing such harassment. When contacted the HR she is unable to give any confirmation on that. Such a bad company to start career!!!
