...job security every time I have been asked to leave due some or the other reason. Salary hike is not worth. Promotion is already decided internally and then only ijp is released. Poor management. I was hired for permanent WFH and now I have been asked to resign because I can't relocate due to BTO.

On time salary, good work environment, supportive staff, excellent work place, secure job . Fixed rotational week off

less salary in TP than other company in voice process language candidates , did not make outing with Team..

...r freshers from SME to managers are all good except few senior support staff Salary on Time of 1st of every month

Office Canteen is not good Incentives is their as non monetary benefits but they not paid on time Some Technical issue that's need to sort out

When it comes to employees this is not at all a employee centric company. Laid off its employee in the very 1st month of covid situation where in they could have said we wont pay for few months but secure the jobs. They could have also given 50% and could have helped the employees for few months, but no they left everyone stranded.

Dislikes

Not at all employee centric. After giving your 100% at work all you get is a resignation letter in tough times. When the company faced tough times employees waited back came on weekend and helped but when it was the employees turn they turned their back.

I got knowledge about mobile , sim card, data and network..And the rates and issues of the vodafone network

Work pressure is high...salary less..Need handle customers call and handle their abusive words...More politics, No growth in Career and Salary.
