Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to design engaging instructional materials.
  
• Develop storyboards, scripts, and learning objectives for eLearning modules.
  
• Create interactive simulations using Articulate Storyline and Captivate.
  
• Ensure alignment of instructional designs with business goals and objectives.
  
• Conduct usability testing to improve course effectiveness.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-7 years of experience in Instructional Design or related field.
  
• Proficiency in creating engaging storyboards using various tools (e.g., Balsamiq).
  
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and best practices in eLearning development.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
