For beginners TP is good choice .

...e will free at 7.30 pm Instead of 6.30 pm . Sometimes it extends to 8pm . Why ?? I'm not getting extra salary or benefits . And manager didn't given evening tea break also .

Salary and other benefits are good and the company is quite professional

Too systematic. You feel like a robot. No lineancy for anyone. Even if you are having medical emergency, they refuse to give you an off day or hpl. The medical room facilities suck. No doctor available.

The only thing I like here is that my batchmates are all like family to me. They are the only reason I am still working here or else I would have left this place long time ago.

...fe balance...no leaves. It becomes toxic at some point of time. No job security. They just treat you like they own you for the salary they pay you. So much restrictions and ughhhh........in short... just avoid BPOs. :')

All the seniors are friendly with their juniors and it makes the better place where everyone wants to work...

In-hand salary need to be increase. Incentive structures are good but still in-hand salary should also increase.....

Initially during OJT it's was good but after handing over to TL, we have to login for 8 hours. Salaries came on every 5th of the month and it was going smooth

...te 8 hours login and take my experience letter and leave and never come back. But TP rarely offer you Experience letter, once you leave the company, they will release the last month salary but full and final settlement would be done after few days and this is the time when they shoot in you back saying you need to clear the penalty of Rs xyz for your experience letter.
