One of the tucchi company in this world.. i was left company because i was ill. I was not able to work and what they did , they hold my salary and not give yet, not even in this corona pandemic. it's been 7 month complete, when I was asked for my experience later, this tucchi company ask me to pay 12k ruppes, apart from this, there are to much pressure of work and also they cut whole employees incentive just because of a little mistake in which they also liable... This company also did not provide any company leave certificate because of this I'm also getting trouble to join a new organization, I'm getting lot of trouble

Overall it's a good company seniors are supportive,salary is credited on time,they work like a family...

They want a full day work from their agents if the agents are coming into a half day... They jst want their work...

...ities are very very less. Need to work atleast 3 to 5 years for first promotion. Yearly salary hike is fixed @8% and not based on performance. Both Hard workers and lazy escapists are treated same and paid equal.

No technical growth, No professional practice manager either belongs from India or overseas are just manager because they spend many years, Here managers even don't know how to write a professional email what else can you except from them. They will use all latest tool like JIRA, Azure etc but for any kind of work they actually kind of fresher while using these tool. Managers and Team Lead even don't know many technical term which is very commonly used in todays development world.
