When the business goes down they don't hesitate to layoff the employee in days. When the issues in the project are reported the management doesn't interfere and take necessary steps to control the damage. Whatever the client says becomes final without any query and response. Worst management practices. Never join this company unless there is a compulsion.

Career development is very good in tech mahindra also techmahindra provide jobs to understand graduates who are pursuing distance education.

Dislikes

Salary increment is very bad in tech mahindra, no matter what position you get your salary wont increase as per the position and experience, and they provide hp laptops and they hang a lot, being an MIS i felt like they should provide better laptops to the people who work on heavy task, the performance of the laptops are very poor.

...ork pressure, mandatory OTs TL's doesn't support for anything..poor pay cycle.. variable pay which you get on performance basis and which is included in the salary package. No proper/dedicated/ less system to login. Immediate supervisor always asks to go to superior boss for any help

Pathetic Management. Trainers, MIS and QAs are kept in Same Pay band as agents for years before they even begin considering you for the next oppertunity. Operation teams don't do jack shit, just makes money for free with no hassle what so ever. But don't bother applying for Lead position because they will almost never hire anyone who's truly capable of being a Lead. IJP candidates are given partial treatment when it comes to Lead roles. They rejected me for Lead role stating Comms issue, then Promoted me to Trainer when none else was interested in the position. You'd have to be lucky to expect any Support from OPs teams on your initial days. Worst place to work with.

Lots of parameters to get the variable pay Managers are not good Always searching for an opportunity to deduct your salary They will give weekoff on company holiday, so that they can save money Night shift allowance is very less 100 rupees per day and many projects don't have the night shift allowance as well
