... pathetic. Favouritism would be very high. Talent recognition is very very poor. Salary structure is worst ever in the market. Management recognises only there chemchas no matter how worst they are in terms of their performance and skills. Very less flexibility to improve skills. Organisation is worst in valuing and respecting there own employees.

I am not a employee in tech Mahindra but when I get opportunity I can do work on that I hear tech Mahindra was good company and maney members have nice facilities good salary package

Work culture is decent and good work-life balance in most of the projects. There are ample opportunities across skills and domains within TechM and if one is interested and can work proactively towards it options like career transition are pretty much possible.

Dislikes

Salary hike will be very minimal across every appraisal system. Growth is slow in general but if you are proactive, you can reap the results. Could be improved in terms of recognising the employees.

I have my IT Career with TECH MAHINDRA. Its my home, if I can say. They don't give you huge Salary but that is not what you should be looking for as a fresher. Here you can Grow and Learn at some level that you will utilize for the rest of your life. Tech Mahindra saved me, my career, my home ..everything, I am forever grateful.

It was my first company, so it taught me a lot about the corporate world.

...ts you to work extra hours and on weekends. With zero benefits for doing it. Anyone can be removed from company for cost cutting. You get nominal annual hike only if your manager likes you. No respect or recognition for top perfprmers. No glat hierarchy and unnecessary training mandates are imposed without proper consideration into thier work domains.
