Before i give my opinion I'd like to say that I'm only talking about bpo sector in tech Mahindra not IT sector the only gud thing about it is job security, even if ur process winds up uh will still allocated to a new project soon..you won't b on bench

So this is about bpo sector only in tech Mahindra No wonder it's terrible You can only survive if u r good with your TL You can never go against them and complaint Even if uh dare to complaint about them to any hr or managers it fires back to you Employees r Pressurized for their TL promotion No learning nd work-life balance is a myth Even if someone actually dies and u ask leave uh are supposed to send pics of that dead person to get that leave approved Lots of deductions in salary and hike is a joke Leaves are never approved..even paid leave is a joke If u r admitted and hospitalised it can take ages for u to claim medical insurance again that doesn't get claimed 100% Health issues are invited on bonus due to the toxic environment nd work space 1 year of working and i was done

only salary is credited timely but that too to much cuttings . company offers nothing expect working laptop

no tea coffee for employee not even proper water dispenser hyderabad infocity tower 2 . Taking money in every small thing also policys are not specific and clear . i cant believe this is the reputed tech mahindra company.

There's absolutely nothing that I like about tech Mahindra it's just the worst I tried to give it a go buy i couldn't and left within a week of joining

...b won't pick up from home it will ask you to come to some 3km to get picked up. They discuss salary in the beginning as something after getting selected they change it giving various reasons. No proper food facility, no hygiene, no basic stuff such as tissue papers or glasses available. There are so much that I can say it's absolutely waste of time though.

...ake. Then u will not get as u will have to report it within given time frame. No salary hike and when asked for it the manager will ask u to drop papers bluntly. Few things are in hand of ur TL and if u r lucky u can get few things like leaves and other things approved by TL and there is no direct growth opportunity. If u are performing extremely well then u will get acting roles and will ne stuck in it for months and few i saw years (5yrs😳) and the acting roles will be ur same salary based as early and later they will give u on papers afters very long time. The shift they will change anytime as per thier wish and say it is process requirements and for favourite ppl they will even give wfh and even if u perform well and give numbers u will be called office. Hippocratic. My manager gave his words in front of many give me numbers i will approve anything in my limits. When i went and talked i am out performing all those working from home he said let me look into it and now more than 2 months he is still looking into it and some ppl are getting wfh approved on what basis. Favoritism at peek. If u can impress ur manager and be a spoon this is the best place for u to work. If u have a dignity and don't like injustice think before accepting. 😇

Company gives you a good MNC environment with all the benefits. Job security.

No salary hike, internal growth is based on how well you have the rapport with managers and not based on your performance. Can't find a corporate culture. You won't improve your knowledge and skills here. It will be more like a government job culture. My experience was only with support projects and experience differs with project to project and location. I can say, do not waste your time in joining by seeing the brand and highly ratings.
