Compensation benifits are not great. Appraisal is not having at the right time. Hardly any engagement activities. Poor team building activities. No reimbursement for team lunches. Bad insurance policy.

Every thing is good except for the fact that the pay is very less than the Market standards, with not much of appreciation and growth chance.

Team members are very hard working. They have least aspirations to grow financially. Infrastructure is great but requires maintenance.

...re callous, reactive. They invest more time on other teams instead of their own. Salary paid is not at par with the market. Worst retention strategies.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high.
