If I'm to list the things not right with tech m then the list will never end. Firstly the management is so toxic and poor that good employees will never be able to survive in the long run Those who survive or stay back probably does that because of the comfort zone that they have over efficiency. The coffee machines don't work , Irregular LOP's Constant micro management They ask you to apply leave from your bucket and then also compensate for the day you took off (basically for the TL's targets), which makes no sense. When Anand Mahindra came , it was all talk and no show, for diwali gift i have even seen few of my colleagues get bonus of 1 rs. 😂 The management i was working for was surely not good and i feel it's pretty much the same for most of the projects

Various Employee Wellness programs. Various Employee Enhancement and development programs(extra curricular) Annual Functions and programs organized by company for employees.

Dislikes

No salary hike or if given also very negligible. I have wasted five years and got one hike that too very less. No growth in terms of skills since most of the work is service based. Very minimalistic basic work. But you might get ample time and resources to upskill yourself.

Likes

1. Learning will be good. 2. You can explore a lot to find which career path you to choose further in life if you jump for next role (For Freshers). 3. Infrastructure (Building).

Dislikes

...ll not be solved. 3. You will be asked to work like a goat on the role assigned. So no proper pay and no work-life balance. 4. Managers will ask you to work like hell even though there is no requirement of the particular task to be completed on time and they credit of most of your work. 5. HR Support is pathetic. HR's will work with these managers and never value your feedback even if you have issues with managers. They both will create pressure to an employee by working together. It's a pity state. 6. As per company policy working hours is 9 hours/day and sometimes as per work requirement one can able to extend the day. But manager's after extending most of the days to 12 hours, they still want you to work like a goat. Sometimes you will be asked to work over weekends after extending 12 hours a day in week. This shows how work life balance is. 7. Other support teams on this role will not even support. 8. You will not get time for other skill development as most of your day is occupied in work. Overall review - No employee satisfaction, job satisfaction, no work-life balance, no proper pay of incentives. TechM internal system (Mid senior level) is pathetic and never interferes in emploiyee engagement to understand the challenges faced by the employees. They use outdated system for many process which is not upto industry standards. Many process are not systematic and no guidelines are followed by internal systems to meet deadlines. To be honest - only the escalation matrix will work in Tech Mahindra.

Likes

Good work culture and environment. There is huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Good part is you can learn new technologies in company, will offer internal/external trainings and will get access to udemy for free.

Dislikes

Too much of politics and couldn't expect good projects being a fresher!! Salary is decent but career growth is too slow. There is bond for 2 years which you cannot resign.

Likes

Excellent company for freshers and for those who want to grow while learning. Company culture is delightful with many health sessions, fun activities, employee engagement in social events, company Trust for medical claims. Great place to learn/upgrade skills but not so good place in terms of compensation & benefits when compared to industry standards. With most of the people, there is not much financial growth no matter how well you perform, unless you are a critical resource for the management/client. Work-Life Balance depends on the kind of project/client you are working with. In one of my projects i used to work for 12 hours on a daily basis while in another project i hardly had 5 to 6 hours of work per day. Career Opportunities are there. Job security is also there with the help of business wait period.
