...going. Once the time passes, they will neglect you later they will ignore you. If you want to work what they pay then you are a on-going employee of the Organization for tones of years. But you will not improve wise you life and goals. Company will grow but they won't about Individual grow. As per market standards salary will be given is a bluff word used by TechM as punch line. Please decide if want to retire your self and have good package already then TechM is a cool company for you. If you are aspirant and want to do something then please see here.

Very poor payer. Salary and take home doesn't change inspite of the best performance ratings. very bad performance evaluation process.

The Consulting Unit is awesome

The Company should consider growth opportunities for employees. Business increased during pandemic, but this is the only firm that cut variable pay. Workload was 4 times ironically.

The training process is nice but project allocation is random. Dress code policy is lenient and HR doesn't interfere much.

Salary one of the lowest in the market. Complex appraisal process.Huge internal politics for onsite opportunities. Project allocation not according to skill set for initial trainees.
