Work culture is good immediate managers are good in the company who make it the work interesting and enjoyable. The company many learning opportunities and encourages people to pick up different roles to learn and grow. It is a stable company.

Dislikes

Here is nothing one and only thing is salary hikes is little bit less compared to other companies.

Job security, Company strictly adhere to policies, I like their payroll system and ultimatix tool. TCS siruseri office is excellent place to work.

Dislikes

Everything is good about this company except the appraisal. I got a my expected package while joined TCS and after 7 years completion and very good bands over many years now I feel like I am getting very less salary. Their appraisal and promotion pay is marginally less. So I recommend not to stay on TCS for quite long time like me.

Good work environment and culture.Tl and team mates are supportive.they give quarterly performance pay and job security.

Average politics but ok. delayed promotions,onsite opportunities and Salary hikes.

Company gave various platform to learn, collabrorate and gain knowledge under various circumstances. Really cares about the employee's security and health

Dislikes

Compensation is not very sufficient. Work pressure is there. I also received appreciation but got only least grade in appraisal. It is very difficult to do work from home, in my native frequent power cut is there.

Likes

Very good Place to work and won't feel much pressure on work. Lot of opportunities to improve our knowledge to keep it updated. Also encourages to involve in social activities and fun activities too keep us fit. Nice Health insurance policy.

Dislikes

Increment percentage and compensation will be minimum other than that everything is good.
