Senior resource will only get 20-30% variable pay. In general forget the variable pay then your annual CTC will be 2 lakhs less if you are getting higher package. HR's and management treat people like school. Toxic culture Skill mismatch- They are doing it purposefully because that'll make you loose your confidence then people won't go to other companies

I love my work. In Tcs few good and knowledgeable person are there. I am so lucky because in my team all are good persons.

Salary and promotion are very bad in Tcs. TCS is not a good company for freshers.

...s more than 12 hrs a day and say to work on sat and Sunday as well without pay . And salary and nsa also they won't credit properly worst in every way please don't join tcs siruseri

...o many years in same project. It depends on your manager and project management. Variable pay is mysterious. It depends not based on your performance, depends on entire unit your associated with.

Medical insurance which will cover for indiviual and family floater upto 12L which is highest when compared to other MNC's.

Dislikes

Worst work culture and corporate politices. You will never get a salary hike. hike will be worsest around industry like 1%, 2%. If you are above 40 nothing else to do in else, no need to career growth or hike, you can just work as timepass!!!
