...alking in their own language. If you come from outside you will feel disgusting. Salary is not so good but ok. But project is not so good, they can force you take some support project without seeing whatever you know.

In the first place , we feel secured while working in TCS and having flexible working hours in some projects gives us chance of maintaining work- life balance.

Sometimes I feel that we are getting less salary compared to others in IT industry while work burden is high or almost equal to others. It is one of the dislike in my point of view.

Salary is too low...no hikes...you have to always plead to your senior for everything...manager is not supporting....asking to come 5days no holidays and Ahmedabad branch is worst.... people are too rude ...talking in regional language...even they don't give permission to go home... it's too far from my hometown after joining I went home only one time...if you are sick still they don't give permission to go home even not in emergency case...they are only prioritising to rostering and office infrastructure.

... for if you are thinking about work life balance and Job security it is good to go but don't take the salary point of view 😢.

Salary will be low even if you worked here for 4 years also your salary will still under 5 LPA which is very less in IT sector.

Company environment, salary, appraisal and friends these all are positive from tcs...Team lead and trainers will support us at every point of time..Job security is good

As of now getting projects is quite difficult.they are very very limited projects
