There is nothing to like about this company as they will always take you for granted.

...and if you have leaves as well, they will also ensure that you do not take them. Also, they will deduct unnecessary charges from your salary in the form of some taxes and other stuff. The do have a entertainment room as well however, that is not functional and can be used only at the time of a client visit.

There is no reason to like IGT. In my process new GM joined after that work environment got toxic. Before him it was the great place to work.

Toxic environment, Under paid Salary, Irresponsible management, biased management (I am the top performer of our team instead another person getting R&R).

...esent all the time also, made an app for employee's emotional and mental health. Salary and benefits, promotions/appraisal are real for sure. Don't get mislead by negative ratings. Skill development/learning is never ending. In conclusion, I really like this company and yes, I'm not asked or paid to write the positive reviews only.

...one 3hrs prior to shift & Drop 30min after your shift ends No holiday or leaves despite you have leaves in your kitty Low compensation Dishonest Management weather its Sarabjeet or Any other full of lies

... the organisation. The process I worked for has too many bad practices going on. They can seriously harm you in many way I wanted my salary and the HR did not even respond. Now I'm trying to it legally. Environment is just cheap n pathetic. I wish they stop scamming people in name of job. They exploits and abuse nothing else. Never ever join Igt . Worst company to go for . Not even if you're in desparate need of money By sharing this review I'll only save a life.
