Salary it’s not enough with the workload and they don’t increase salary even after completing a year no proper break

There are few people who are good, but due to senior’s pressure, they also have to behave bad most of the times.

No holidays Late or sometimes no incentives Sudden deductions in salary No job security( I have seen my senior Mr. Jagdish from Chennai, he served interglobe for more than 3 years but company fired him for no reason. Customer escalated his complaint to copany’s HR head, Thing was only that, and the nice person got fired for no reason. They keep giving training every month because within 4-5 months people star resigning. I had batch of 24, now only 2-3 are working there. High work pressure, no other activities. No hikes in salaries.

There is no reason to like IGT. In my process new GM joined after that work environment got toxic. Before him it was the great place to work.

Dislikes

Toxic environment, Under paid Salary, Irresponsible management, biased management (I am the top performer of our team instead another person getting R&R).

...esent all the time also, made an app for employee's emotional and mental health. Salary and benefits, promotions/appraisal are real for sure. Don't get mislead by negative ratings. Skill development/learning is never ending. In conclusion, I really like this company and yes, I'm not asked or paid to write the positive reviews only.

...one 3hrs prior to shift & Drop 30min after your shift ends No holiday or leaves despite you have leaves in your kitty Low compensation Dishonest Management weather its Sarabjeet or Any other full of lies
