It is a good compony for those who want to learn and grow even they pay well enough. But the only big issue that I find here is transport, my location is just 15 minutes away from the compony still I usually get picked up 2 hours prior to my shift.

Growth... After nine months you can apply for any other job role u fit perfectly in. Trainer, Team leader, quality control etc.

Nothing to dislike here Overall great experience at IGT. Over time pay is less 150 per hr.

...eat platform to learn about travel term (GDS). Management staff was good enough. Salary was law but it was good environment.😊

IGT provide good appraisal for long term relationship with their employees.

...ue to same reasons above mentioned. I will not say the company is totally worse. I also faced salary issues I was working as a mentor and I was expecting the same package that other new hired agents were getting but lastly i thought i was making worst efforts with this organization. I wish the service will be improve in future.

... provide you leaves as per requirements ,no other company will do this for you . Apart from it salary is less but if you do something wrong (don't do it) senior and all executive will help you as a team.

There is so pressure while working and politics is also there, talented people doesn't get that much value but and the people who talk sweetly they have better opportunity in this field.
