Just one thing that I like is you get salary on time and log in on website and other things on website is good.

Work culture, working environment and HR department and management all are very very poor. Agents are getting frustrated is just 10 to 15 days and if anyone join in any process everyone get training but in Fusion give poor training and training is not paid no matter how long training days are and no matter how far is your home. If Fusion offering incentive to any agent for any reason but fusion not giving incentive to any agent expect Sales agent if they full fill there target.

... as one cannot even dream about.They are not supporting me in Covid 19 lockdown.They take advantage of their employees in this terrible situation and force them to work for half salary and give excuse of salary re structure.Even when an employee is benched they don't even provide the basic and say we are working on no work no pay basis.

I have worked for this company for eight long years.So when I joined this company eight years back my take home salary is 12500 and after working for eight long years it was 17800.For the readers information I was benched during the lockdown situation for four months and during that period I was not offered any salary.We are informed no work no pay although this was not our fault.Now my company is telling me to join back for 11500 which is even less than my salary I was offered by fusion eight years back.So anyone can understand my frustration.

I don't have any other options in this time, so working with this company. From last 3 months, we have not got the salary on time.

Nepotism is all over. Working for 6 days a week but not getting the salary on time.

Nothing to like work with Fusion, without information in the month of March the HR call me at 25th March and said the process is rampdown so we close the process from 31st March. This is not the Professional way.

Salary issue, They didn't give offered amount of exact salary and when I complained about this no one is helped me.

... your work but they didn't pay actually money when it's come to the salary part.that is the most important and only reason for job to get my salary on time properly but they don't provide that.
