...ocess changes suddenly without any notice and say it's a business requirements Too many calls and low salary package and takes low hike They depend mainly on incentives here

Likes

One thing is good about firstsource is it provides Job security. It's good company for Freshers to start their career. It's also having good work environment.

Dislikes

The major issue I guess is compensation and benefits. I find that no scope for learning and growing with company, company does not provide personal development training and knowledge improving training.

Likes

I am very happy to work in this first source company. Priority was given to most new recruits. It was very emotional.

Dislikes

There is no appreciation for any work done at work from home.They are increasing the target but not increasing the salary.There is not even a gift for the workers who are working from home for any festivals.

1. Bad behaviour of the Team leaders , HRs , Managers. 2. Poor salary structure with no hikes. 3. Incentives are linked to everything and there's a tendency to not disclose the proper amount of incentives and they are mostly not given almost everytime they give a reason to steal our hard earned money. 4. Even though leaves are approved and we have it , they are cancelled and later on results in loss of pay. 5. There are no leaves during holidays as most process are from usa and on the holidays of usa also , no holidays are given saying we are working in India. 6. Promotion over here is like a myth , it's not given until and unless you're unable to butter up your manager all the time. 7. Wfh setups are not provided at all , tables , chairs etc. 8. The trackers in this company are very bad , even if you finish your work you will still have sit on the system for 8 hours. 9. Even if there is no agenda , a meeting will be set up for 2hrs everyday just to kill your time. In that meeting nothing apart from quarrel will happen. 10. Too much of personal attacks and emotional attacks come from the Team leaders , they always cross the line and no HR or manager will be in support of the employees. 11. Internet reimbursement is not given properly at all , even after submitting the bills it won't be credited even after 4-5 months. 12. FNF process is extremely bad , no proper communication is there from the company. Experience letter and all are not provided timely unless we are pushing for it from the very first day.

Nothing is positive in working with First Source.

Dislikes

They will not specify anything they will do, including your salary pay... I mean salary is fixed on some components but they fluctuate as per their needs. They will treat you like you are their salves. they will not increase your salary even after putting your efforts. They won't pay Overtime, even after you had done it. Environment is very narrow minded. They are incapable in terms of everything you can name of, starting from your groming till mindset (out of the box). Pathetic company i must say, i don't know how the share valued had rose for the company from 35 to 180. Bad and worst people on planet earth.
