Manager and team leader plan every day how to control people and do more jobe in less salary. If anyone not perform they will be fired on same day. Many employees face this problem

minimal to No salary increase work culture- b2b weekend working, late shifts, scope creeps Gratuity is part of ctc and not contributed by company Rude behaviour of many people at key positions. CG has acquired a number of companies and the culture in those units is largely different from the CG culture

We get salary on time and job security is there to be honest

Management, Support from TLs and managers, Job Opportunities are not there even if you are eligible you will not get any chance to change your Job Role. Biased behaviour of managers towards some agents.

I am in Finance and haven't seen much work pressure here. They have more than enough FTEs to perform activites. Job security is good. Hybrid mode structure is there so one is not forced to come to office everyday.

Dislikes

...leave the organisation before years they have to pay training expenses of 2lacs. They also provide 50k of retention bonus after 2 years which is fully recoverable if you leave within one year of payout. CTC Structure of Capgemini very misleading and disappointing. Bonus, Gratuity are part of CTC which is unethical. 3 months notice period.
