Job security and work culture are great. There is scope of learning as well, it purely depends on project basis.

Dislikes

There is no proper management in projects. Rating and salary hike at junior levels are not good.

You got lot of learning platform and monthly learning plan as well. People will be encourage for cloud certificating.

You will get fully not tech project. There is no variable pay. No, appraisal. if you worked hard no one recognise you. Increment will 3 to 4% max to max.

Flexibility in time provides work life balance. If Team is nice (if you are lucky) then you like the work and your efficiency will be high. Work from home or hybrid mode also helps in good work life balance.

Dislikes

Salary and benefits are quite not satisfactory. Long wait for promotions and the appraisal / hike is also not satisfactory unlike other organisations.

No hike, no proper promotion, force into completing not mandatory certificate, always have a certification course for all and expects you to complete beyond work hours, no compensation for that, pay disparity between management and actual developers, no appreciation or company benefits, no diwali applications, very woke
