Absolute job security Work culture is good Work life balance is nice however to some extent it depends on the project a person is allocated. Medical facilities are good

Compensation is low compared to market standard. Only Campus hired are standardized with better package and bonus. One time bonus are completely recommendation based

...pany as i got project i had better opportunities, skills and technology as well. but most of the employees i saw are frustred and are not doing anything or are on loss of pay due to know work. so if you are getting any work. work passionately and be honest woth your job.

Hr of wipro is worse , not even listening, when we want some clarification they started shouting,Work from home is closed, Which is essential for day to day life, to maintain life balance between work and family. On time of joining hr talk politely and after they are treated as slave.

...ply terminate you without listening and understanding your concerns or requests. Recently there is a LOP (loss-of-pay) policy which treats employees very bad and even though there is lack of projects for lower band people, HR will not listen your request and simply ignore us. There is nothing like career growth at Wipro. Not at all recommended for freshers especially who aspire to grow more and wants to get good hike and package.
