Only work life balance is good here. Nothing else, but sometimes salary and increment give us the mental & work satisfaction - they doesn't have that.

There new HR policy doesn't allow you to get appraisal in a year, like I have joined in January 2022, but I don't get appraisal on 23's April. Just do slavery blindly 2yrs,after 2yrs you'll get 6-7% hike. Isn't it great? That's a MNC....! Just rubbish!

Poor compensation and little yearly increments as compared to the competitors. Starting salary is extremely low, good talents are leaving the organisation only bcoz of the compensation. Otherwise company is good.
