Average work environment. Team mates are supportive and management is average.Apprisals are fair but no work life balance. Huge work pressure. Company policies are good.

Salary and career growth is very slow. Too much work pressure. On Job training is not given.

According to me, I am satisfied with good team support, got knowledgeable experience in every query mails. Good work environment, good response and respect with team supervisor and clients.

Difficulty to face some issues on heavy work load. Minimum satisfaction on salary and average appraisal and compensation.

For experienced candidates it's not advisable to join Capgemini India Pvt ltd. Growth in terms of compensation and benefits & Designation are nil.. Please think twice before you join Capgemini

This is one of the good company to start the work carrier, you will get the good knowledge of accounting, process and about the work. I joined as a fresher and now i completed 4 years in capgemini.

If you join as a fresher than after completing 2 years you need to change the company beacuse of low salary and we will get less hike yearly.

Overall good. I like employee re-hire policy.

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow. No standardation in salary in gradewise. I have to work more than 10 hrs. Hike is very low. No holiday even home country celebrations.
