Worst...The HR team provides misleading information about the salary you will receive at the beginning of employment. However, you may receive less than promised. Additionally, you will find that there is a lot of politics within the organization which will ultimately affect your performance.

There is nothing to like about Capgemini, new joiners get more salary than old employees. Please don't work there for more than 1yr

Very bad management, no respect for working mothers, please please don't join Capgemini. Many times I requested for WFH they don't give. No value for old employees. I am in need of job still I had to leave the company due bad management and politics

...ng in appraisal. Promotion is not an easy task even after working day and night. No shift allowance and no leave pay and also poor hike % always.

... while neglecting the well-being and growth of middle and lower-level employees. This creates a work environment where individuals are expected to perform tirelessly without salary increments or career advancement, remaining stagnant at the initial compensation level. HR and WFM secured jobs.

I am in Finance and haven't seen much work pressure here. They have more than enough FTEs to perform activites. Job security is good. Hybrid mode structure is there so one is not forced to come to office everyday.

Dislikes

...leave the organisation before years they have to pay training expenses of 2lacs. They also provide 50k of retention bonus after 2 years which is fully recoverable if you leave within one year of payout. CTC Structure of Capgemini very misleading and disappointing. Bonus, Gratuity are part of CTC which is unethical. 3 months notice period.
