Likes

Performance pays. Young crowd which has its boon and bane. Very high opportunity to travel. The engineering team is arguably on par with the best in the industry. Easy access to senior management. Excellent exposure to senior management on customer side.

Dislikes

Work culture has deteriorated over the years. Overkill when it comes to processes in certain teams. Bad work life balance but it's changing lately but at the cost of quality. Perennial fire fighting attitude. Lack of proactiveness when it comes to customer service. Never really propelled financially compared to competition.
